Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth patient flow
- Verify insurance details and coordinate with billing team
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Coordinate with doctors and medical staff for patient requirements
Requirements:
- UAE National (Mandatory)
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with healthcare systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
