Freedom Prosthetics & Orthotics is seeking a Front Office Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be customer service–driven and consistently demonstrate professionalism and respect when interacting with patients and staff, both in person and over the phone.

Position Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded practice. The selected candidate will maintain a professional presence in the clinic and across all forms of communication. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, the capacity to build positive relationships with patients and team members, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Duties:

  • Complete all patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments and maintain the clinic calendar
  • Verify insurance information and collect payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
  • Support administrative tasks, including filing and scanning documents
  • Assist with cleaning and restocking patient rooms
  • Perform light laundry duties, including washing towels
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

  • Mon-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Rotating Fridays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
