Summary

We are seeking a professional and dependable Bilingual Medical Receptionist to support the daily operations of our medical practice. The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, and possess strong interpersonal skills. This role requires a high level of professionalism, organization, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and via telephone
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Communicate effectively with patients in both Spanish and English
• Accurately collect, verify, and update patient information
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Ensure the front desk area remains organized and professional at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor with a patient-focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Must have prior experience in this role or a related field.
