Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role is about more than greeting patients or scheduling appointments—it’s about being a steady, compassionate presence while ensuring the clinic flows smoothly and professionally. We’re seeking someone who:

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Schedule appointments efficiently using Google calendar
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits, to facilitate accurate billing and documentation review.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Managing clinic scheduling: booking appointments, confirming visits, and coordinating follow-ups
• Handling patient inquiries, both over the phone and via email, with professionalism and care
• Maintaining and monitoring clinic supplies such as injections, office essentials and administrative tools to ensure seamless operations (think everything from ordering inventory to restocking toilet paper)
• Being a supportive presence for the team—staying calm and solution-oriented in busier moments
