Job Description:

GMG Medical Center is seeking a Female Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, professional, and experienced in handling patients in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients in a polite and professional manner
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain patient records and front desk documentation
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
• Handle billing and insurance-related information

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical or clinic reception role preferred
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
