What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Medical Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for creating an incredible patient experience.

Promote a positive, fun, and welcoming clinic culture
Radiate a welcoming and energetic presence, being the first cheerful point of contact for patients.
Oversee phone performance, appointment bookings & patient check-ins
Ensure smooth billing, collections, and funding processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
Manage patient satisfaction surveys, reviews & retention strategies
Ensure the front desk and waiting areas feel warm, friendly, and inviting
Keep treatment rooms and gym areas stocked and professional
Report and resolve facility issues to keep the space in top shape
Ensure compliance with digital checklists & patient tracking systems
Oversee scheduling, invoicing, and administrative payroll duties
Assist in recruiting & onboarding new front desk team members
Help direct marketing efforts & community engagement
