Medical receptionist - Arabic speaker

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist (speaks Arabic and English) to join our medical center team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle patients and appointments efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients
• Manage appointments and phone calls
• Handle patient records and billing support
• Coordinate with doctors and staff
• Maintain a professional front desk environment

Requirements:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Good communication and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
