Part Time Schedule

• Monday(9am-3pm), Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Full Time Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check in
• Verify and update patient information
• Prepare patients for exams
• Take blood pressure and weight
• Schedule appointments
• Perform prior authorizations
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records
• Support daily office operations

Qualifications

• Experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable with computers
• Able to work well with patients and coworkers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
