Job Title: Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant(Full time)
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and organized Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical environment and be comfortable handling both administrative and patient-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
Handle monthly income book and perform basic accounting tasks
Assist with marketing and communication materials; ability to edit using Canva
Maintain and organize medical files and documentation
Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
Knowledge of DOK32 software is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with social media content creation or Canva editing
Familiarity with monthly accounting processes
