Step Up physical therapy and Premier Neurology and Pain Specalists is currently looking for a full time Medical assistant/front desk/physical therapist technician that is energetic with a proactive approach to customer service.<ul><li>Effectively managing the check-in and check- out process,</li><li>obtaining Physical therapy authorization</li><li>Obtaining and verifying insurance</li><li>Assists provider and clinical support staff with treatment</li><li>Assisting patients with light exercises during physical therapy sessions.</li><li>Cleaning and preparing treatment areas and equipment before and after each session</li><li>Obtaining vital signs</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $18.25 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Physical therapy office: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Medical office: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
