Job Description:

Healthy Way Medspa is seeking a professional, highly organized and friendly part-time medical receptionist/esthetician to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a background in aesthetics and will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting our staff, and ensuring a smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.

- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, treatments, and prices.

- Assist in client check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms.

- Support the team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling client records.

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when necessary.

- Promote services and products to clients with enthusiasm and knowledge.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist, or in a similar role within the aesthetics or healthcare industry is preferred. Must be a certified esthetician.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- A friendly demeanor and customer-centric attitude.

- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and medical terminology.
