RoseRock Eyecare is a private optometry practice in Jenks, OK and Broken Arrow, OK. We are looking for a new team member with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others! Optometry is a mixture of medical and fashion. We are looking for someone with a friendly and positive attitude to greet patients and communicate effectively insurance benefits for medical testing services, glasses, and contacts. No experience is needed, but preferred. Organization and attention to detail is a must.

The opportunity includes taking accurate patient history, relaying information to doctors, using high-technology equipment to help diagnosis and manage disease. It also includes organizing contact lenses and triaging patient concerns/questions.

Other responsibilities: scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, pulling insurance benefits, preparing documents for the office to stay organized, creating invoices, and taking payments for services. Cross-training to help with optical adjustments, dispensing glasses/contacts, and billing vision insurance claims is expected.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
