Medical Receptionist/Meal Prep Specialist

PR Nutrition Consulting is looking for a medical receptionist to hire full time and part time. Our office is focused on encouraging patients to eat & live a healthy lifestyle. The job entails answering phones, scheduling appointments, greet patients, verify insurances and help with passing out food (with our meal prep service) and assist dietitian and staff. Apart from the consulting, we also have a meal prep service for our patients. Our front desk staff will be in charge of selling packages and encouraged to help patients with their meal prep needs. Everyone of our staff is well versed in how to sell and every employee needs to be willing to sell to our patients and answer any questions. Our staff is determined to help our patients in any way they can which include lifting them with support which our meal prep service does that. In lieu of our motto, our staff receives a free meal prep lunch! This shift is from 1-6pm, Monday-Friday, twice on Saturdays (10-2pm shift) and every other Sunday 2-6pm.
