Job Description
- Assist in maintaining and organizing patient medical records (physical and electronic).
- Enter and update patient data accurately in hospital management systems.
- Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
- Retrieve and provide files to doctors or authorized staff as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policies.
- Support admission and discharge documentation processes.
- Check documents for insurance and billing purposes.
- Track and follow up on missing or incomplete records.
- Assist in record audits and data verification tasks.
- Maintain proper storage and archiving of old files.
- Coordinate with different departments for record-related queries.
- Perform basic administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
