Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible Medical Records professional to manage, maintain, and ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and availability of patient medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize patient medical records (physical and electronic)
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely filing of medical documents
  • Retrieve and provide records to authorized departments when required
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies
  • Support audits, inspections, and medico-legal record requests
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for documentation
  • Maintain record registers, indexes, and tracking systems
  • Assist in record digitization and data entry activities

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Medical Records Management preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of hospital documentation and medical terminology
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with HIS/EMR systems
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Preferred:

  • Prior hospital or healthcare experience
  • Training or certification in Medical Records Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
