We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate professional to join our team as a Medical Records/Receptionist at Higher Call Nursing Center in Quapaw, OK.

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential resident records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. In addition, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, families, and staff—answering phones, greeting guests, and providing administrative support.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Prior experience in medical records or healthcare administration is preferred.
