Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Recruiter-Career Services professional to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of connecting talented healthcare professionals with exciting career opportunities. Your energetic approach to talent acquisition, combined with your expertise in technical recruiting and relationship management, will drive the success of our recruitment initiatives. You will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for various medical and healthcare positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for medical and healthcare roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across diverse specialties.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, and research to attract top talent.
  • Conduct HR sourcing activities, including campus recruitment and internal recruiting initiatives to build a robust talent pool.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through effective communication skills and relationship management techniques.
  • Coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations activities to support onboarding and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in talent acquisition, HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro, and labor law regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Support training & development programs aimed at enhancing recruiting skills within the team.
  • Contribute to succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.

Experience

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting within the healthcare or medical industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or sales-driven environments.
  • Strong familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Taleo, or iCIMS; experience with HRIS systems like Workday or ADP is advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law relevant to healthcare staffing practices.
  • Experience using social media management tools for talent sourcing and lead generation strategies.
  • Background in HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research-based candidate identification, and relationship management. Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
