About the Role
- Medical Representative
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to targeted pharmacists and physicians within your assigned territory.

Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs; contribute to the overall growth of the product portfolio.

Follow up with key stakeholders and maintain strong, professional relationships with pharmacists and doctors.

Plan and conduct scientific presentations, round-table discussions, and group meetings to communicate product value and clinical data.

Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals; address medical inquiries with accuracy and compliance.

Gather market intelligence, monitor competitive activity, and relay insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare regular reports, and develop territory plans and call cycles.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all promotional activities.

Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and other teams to support launches and campaigns.
Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
-
Minimum 3 to 4 Years of experience as a Medical Representative in pharmaceuticals sales.

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Kuwaiti Driving License.
