We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to promote cutting-edge aesthetic products and treatments (e.g., injectables, laser devices, skincare, dermal fillers) to healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics. This role combines scientific expertise with sales acumen to drive market growth, educate clients, and ensure exceptional customer service in the fast-paced aesthetic medicine industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets by promoting aesthetic products and devices to clinics, hospitals, and medical spas.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-ups to close sales.
2. Client Education & Support:
- Provide scientific and technical training to HCPs on product benefits, protocols, and safety.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and events to educate clients on new treatments and industry trends.
- Address clinical inquiries and troubleshoot product-related issues.
3. Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored promotional materials and campaigns.
4. Compliance & Ethics:
- Adhere to regulatory standards and company policies in all interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs) to align strategies.
- Share insights to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Experience:2+ years in medical sales, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Valid driver’s license
