Job Title: Medical Representative

A Medical Representative promotes healthcare products and services to doctors, hospitals, and clinics. The goal is to increase product awareness, build strong professional relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers regularly
• Explain product benefits, usage, and key features clearly
• Promote new product launches
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Organize product presentations and awareness activities in hospitals
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of healthcare products
• Confidence in product detailing
• Relationship-building ability
• Target-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Qualification

• Master’s degree in Marketing & Sales, Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Nursing / Healthcare-related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales

Salary & Incentives

• Up to ₹25,000 per month
• Additional incentives based on achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
