Medical Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, hospitals, and clinics. The ideal candidate will provide accurate product information, address healthcare providers’ questions and concerns, and drive sales growth through strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare professionals.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about products to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers, and address their needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Attend conferences, seminars, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is typically required.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are needed.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work.
• Proficient in using computer software such as MS Office and CRM systems.
• Must be willing to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
• A valid driving license and a vehicle are required.
