Medical Representative

Position Summary

We are looking for a Medical Representative who will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the assigned territory. Your primary focus will be delivering impactful solutions to support HCPs in improving patient health outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals to support their patients' needs.
• Deliver GSK strategies in your territory using effective communication and approved resources.
• Conduct scientific discussions and group meetings with healthcare professionals to share insights and knowledge.
• Provide timely feedback on market trends and insights to inform business decisions.
• Ensure all activities comply with GSK policies, local regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage company resources responsibly, optimizing their use.

Basic Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
• A valid license as a certified pharmacist.
• Up to 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role engaging with healthcare professionals (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
• Knowledge of sales and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• A valid driving license.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

المؤهلات الأساسية

• درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة.
• رخصة سارية كمُعتمد صيدلي.
• خبرة تصل إلى سنتين في المبيعات أو دور مشابه يتعامل مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية (يُشجع الخريجون الجدد على التقديم).
• مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية قوية.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.

المؤهلات المفضلة

• خبرة في العمل مع شركات الأدوية متعددة الجنسيات.
• معرفة بعمليات البيع والتوزيع.
• إتقان أدوات تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
• الإلمام بتطبيقات البرمجيات مثل Excel وPowerPoint وWord.
• رخصة قيادة سارية.
