Medical Representative

NFO ME Food Supplements Trading L.L.C. – Premium Norwegian food supplements brand specializing in Omega-3, vitamins, and wellness products.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Medical Representative to promote NFO products to clinics, doctors, and pharmacies across Dubai.

You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, driving product recommendations, and expanding NFO’s presence in the UAE healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clinics, medical centers, and pharmacies on a daily basis
• Present NFO products to doctors, nutritionists, and pharmacists
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Promote key products (Omega-3, vitamins, probiotics, etc.)
• Educate clients on:
• Benefits of Omega-3 (TG, EE, Krill oil differences)
• Product quality and Norwegian sourcing
• Negotiate product listings and consignment/pilot agreements
• Collect feedback from doctors and market insights
• Monitor competitor activity in clinics and pharmacies
• Submit weekly reports (visits, conversions, pipeline)

KPIs (Performance Metrics)

• Number of clinic visits per week (target: 15–20)
• New clinic/pharmacy partnerships per month
• Monthly sales volume
• Product recommendation rate by doctors
• Follow-up and conversion rate

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience as a Medical Representative / Sales Representative in UAE
• Experience with clinics or pharmacies in Dubai (strong advantage)
• Knowledge of supplements / pharma products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Fluent English (Arabic/Russian is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000
• Performance bonus / commission (uncapped)
