Medical Representative – Aesthetics & Gynecology (Dubai)

We are a pharmaceutical healthcare company expanding our presence in Dubai

Seeking an experienced Medical Representative to promote our portfolio in Aesthetics and Gynecology

The role focuses on doctor engagement, prescription generation, and product introduction to healthcare institutions

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors regularly to promote assigned products in Aesthetics and Gynecology
• Generate prescriptions and drive demand through effective product detailing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, gynecologists, and aesthetic physicians
• Organize and conduct group meetings, product presentations, and in-clinic educational sessions
• Introduce products to hospitals, clinics, aesthetic centers, and medical facilities
• Support product listing, tender follow-up, and deal closing with assigned accounts
• Execute sales and promotional plans aligned with company strategy
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the territory
• Ensure accurate reporting of visits, prescriptions, and sales performance
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and medical events as required

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of medical representative experience in Dubai
• Mandatory experience in Aesthetics and Gynecology product lines
• Proven track record in prescription generation and key doctor management
• Strong understanding of private clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic centers in Dubai

• Other Requirements
• UAE driving license
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
