Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our CHC team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the local market, managing hospitals, pharmacies, and pharmacy chains, and will play a key role in driving brand growth and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Promote STADA CHC portfolio to healthcare professionals (HCPs), pharmacists, and key accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, retail pharmacies, and pharmacy chains

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs within the territory

Ensure strong in-store execution, including product availability, visibility, and merchandising
-
Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities effectively
-
Identify new business opportunities across all channels

Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights

Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities and customer interactions

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field
-
Minimum
2 years of experience in Kuwait
as a Medical Representative managing private and institutional accounts.

Proven experience handling
hospitals, retail pharmacies, and pharmacy chains
-
Strong understanding of the Kuwait CHC market
-
Previous experience with dermatologists and existing relationships is a plus

Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred
