Medical Representative (Doctor Relationship & Patient Referral)

Role Objective

Establish, strengthen, and manage relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics to drive consistent patient referrals. Ensure systematic follow-ups, engagement activities, and lead conversion into actual visits.

Key Responsibilities (Detailed JD)1️ Doctor Networking & Relationship Management

• Visit target doctors (Orthopedic, Neuro, Sports Medicine, Pediatric, General Physicians, etc.)
• Present our service offerings, capabilities, facilities, and patient success stories
• Conduct regular engagement meetings and maintain professional rapport
• Support doctors with referral tools (brochures, referral pads, patient progress updates)
• Organize CMEs / mini-meets / clinic education drives

2️ Referral Lead Management

• Source patient referrals from doctors and support conversion to visits
• Track each referral from lead → appointment → therapy onboarding
• Provide timely referrals feedback and reports to doctors

3️ Field Activity Execution

• Plan, schedule & execute daily doctor visits (target 12-15 per day)
• Maintain visit logs, call reports, referral updates using CRM / daily reporting tools

4️ Business Development Support

• Identify new catchment clusters, hospitals & potential partners
• Competition mapping — services, pricing, campaigns

5️ Brand Representation & Collateral Management

• Ensure placement of marketing materials at clinics
• Represent the center with professionalism & patient-centric behaviour

Key Skills & Competencies

• Existing relationships with doctors in Bhopal (preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Field sales experience (Healthcare / Pharma / Rehabilitation advantage)
• Discipline in reporting & follow-up execution
• Basic digital skills (CRM / WhatsApp / Excel reporting)

Experience & Qualification

• Graduation mandatory (Science / Pharma preferred but not essential)
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant field experience
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license required

Compensation (Indicative)

• Fixed Salary: Based on experience
• Incentives: Performance-based referral conversion bonuses

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,316.30 - ₹45,000.00 per month
