Medical Revenue Sales Rep

Overview

Clinical Profit Solutions is a premier Medical Billing and Coding firm helping providers optimize their revenue cycle management. We are seeking experienced, commission-driven Sale Representative to join our team. You will Generate Leads and Close Deals, Present Solutions how our services reduce denials, accelerate reimbursement, and ensure HIPAA compliance. You will cultivate long-term partnerships with practice managers, physicians, and clinic owners. We are looking for 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical services or billing. We provide the marketing materials, service overviews, and support. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare facilities, clinics, dental offices, and a variety of medical and mental health facilities, ensuring consistent growth in revenue streams.
• Identify potential clients through proactive outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Must be willing to conduct virtual and in-person meetings.

Skills

• Proven experience in account management within B2B (business-to-business) sales environments.
• Analytical skills to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop targeted strategies.
• Outside sales experience with a proactive approach to expanding territory and building new client relationships.
• A self -starter who thrives in a commission driven environment.
• Must have strong networking and presentation skills.
