Experience

• Proven success in B2B sales within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating a track record of exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels within healthcare organizations
• Experience conducting product demos and technical sales presentations to diverse audiences
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of medical sales processes, including account management and customer relationship building
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite — Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, and analysis tools for market insights
