Medical Sales Representative
Medical Products Resource – Eagan, MN

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Build client relationships and prospect pipelines.
· Develop cross-selling strategies for existing clients.
· Meet new business activity and quality appointment goals.
· Achieve individual and team sales targets.
· Strong prospecting and sales closing skills.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
· Prepare sales proposals matching customers’ needs and requests for requested products.
· Submit client orders by referring to price and product lists.
· Maintain account records of sales and customer communication in CRM database.
Ideal Candidate:
· Someone who is driven and self-motivated.
· Must be coachable and able to learn quickly.
· Self -Starter: Driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
· Positive Attitude: Maintains optimism and enthusiasm in a sales environment.
· Previous inside phone sales experience required.
Compensation:
· Base plus commission.
Benefits:
· 37-hour work week (3/4 day on Fridays).
