Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide accurate information
• Promoting and selling products or services to prospective patients
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude in all patient interactions
• Help organize promotional events and campaigns to attract new patients
• Maintain patient records and update the clinic’s CRM regularly
• Collect patient feedback and share insights to improve sales strategies
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Basic knowledge of sales principles is a plus
