We are rapidly expanding and looking for highly driven sales professionals who understand the aesthetics industry and can build strong relationships with MedSpa owners, injectors, practice managers, and operators.

Position Overview

As a MedSpa Growth Consultant at Recovr, you will be responsible for developing relationships with MedSpas within your assigned territory, generating opportunities, scheduling product demonstrations, and closing new accounts.

This is a high-income opportunity designed for closers, relationship builders, and self-starters who thrive in performance-based environments. The ideal candidate already has experience working within or selling to MedSpas and possesses an existing network within the aesthetics industry.

This role begins as commission-only with a fast-track advancement into a base salary + commission structure for high performers.

Average Earnings:

$209,800+ annually

Top performers can exceed this significantly through recurring residual commissions and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop relationships with MedSpas, wellness clinics, and aesthetic practices within your assigned territory
  • Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, email, social media, networking events, referrals, and in-person visits
  • Schedule and run product demonstrations for clinic owners and decision-makers
  • Educate prospects on client retention, CLTV growth, revenue recovery, and AI-driven automation
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through CRM management and consistent follow-up
  • Close new business and maintain strong client relationships post-sale
  • Attend local networking events, MedSpa conferences, trade shows, and industry events when applicable
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes, scripts, and market positioning
  • Maintain strong knowledge of MedSpa operations, treatments, memberships, and client acquisition/retention trends

QualificationsPreferred Experience

  • Previous experience working in or selling to MedSpas, cosmetic clinics, wellness clinics, or aesthetic practices
  • Existing network within the MedSpa or aesthetics industry strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in high-ticket sales, SaaS sales, B2B sales, or consultative sales
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools
  • Strong understanding of client retention, memberships, rebooking systems, and revenue growth strategies

Pay: Up to $258,405.27 per year
