Medical Sales & International Patient Coordinator – Dental Tourism

DentSpa Clinic is expanding! As one of Turkey’s most recognized dental tourism centers, we welcome thousands of international visitors every year. Our team brings together more than 200 professionals from over 13 nationalities, speaking 7+ languages — and we’re looking for a new colleague who’s passionate about patient care and sales.

Role Overview

In this position, you’ll support patients from their very first message until they complete their dental journey with us. You will be the trusted point of contact who explains treatment options clearly, builds confidence, and ensures every step of the process runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Communicate with international patients and walk them through their treatment plans in a clear, friendly manner.
• Liaise between the dentists, coordinators, and operations team to make sure the patient experience is seamless from start to finish.
• Translate and simplify medical information when needed.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, monitor your performance, and follow up efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background in sales, customer service, or patient coordination — experience in dental tourism or healthcare is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English and French; strong Turkish is required. Any additional languages are a bonus.
• Empathetic communicator with a patient-focused attitude and a drive to meet targets.
• Comfortable working in a busy, multicultural clinical environment.
