$15 – $18 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses

About the Role

We are a fast-growing, physician-led specialty medical clinic dedicated to helping patients find relief from chronic pain and vascular conditions using advanced minimally invasive treatments.

We are seeking an energetic, personable, and highly motivated Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Sales Specialist who enjoys helping patients take the next step toward treatment and recovery.

High Earning Potential

This role includes a generous monthly bonus structure based on performance metrics such as:

• New patient consultations scheduled
• Patient appointment show rates
• Procedures scheduled after consultation

Top performers can earn $1,500 – $4,000+ per month in bonuses in addition to base pay.

Your success directly contributes to patient outcomes and clinic growth, and we reward high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming patient inquiries, calls, and online leads
• Schedule new patient consultations and procedures
• Educate patients about treatment options and next steps
• Follow up with patients to ensure they attend scheduled appointments
• Coordinate procedure scheduling with clinical staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Ensure provider schedules remain full and efficient
• Serve as a patient liaison and advocate throughout the care process

Qualifications

• Previous medical office or healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) strongly preferred
• Experience in patient coordination, scheduling, or medical sales is a plus
• Medical Assistant experience helpful but not required
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) Required
