We are growing rapidly and looking for a high-performing sales professional to help guide patients into life-changing programs.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional sales job.

You will work closely with prospective patients, understand their health goals, and guide them into personalized programs ranging from $4000 to $10,000+.

Ideal for someone who can build trust and confidently close high-value services

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads (calls, website, Instagram) into booked consultations
• Guide patients through services and close program sales
• Conduct follow-ups and nurture warm leads
• Collaborate with medical team to align patient needs
• Maintain CRM and track pipeline
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or high-ticket services preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing programs in the $4K–$10K+ range
• Ability to handle objections and close confidently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Passion for health, wellness, or longevity

• Medical sales / wellness clinic / functional medicine
• Aesthetic clinics
• Luxury service sales (fitness, memberships, hospitality)

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
