You’ll cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, home health organizations, and physician offices, while also supporting patients who are referred to our company.Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and discharge planners
- Promote our DME products and services to hospitals, clinics, and home health agencies
- Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to drive new referral sources and sales
- Follow up with referred patients to ensure proper delivery, education, and satisfaction
- Track activity and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to coordinate timely deliveries and service excellence
Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience required — DME, medical device, or home health sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven success in a relationship-based sales environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing a multi-territory schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 (Depending on experience)
- Unlimited Commission Potential – no earnings cap
