Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Promote and sell the company’s range of medical devices, equipment, and consumables products to laboratories from multiple sectors.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including end users, purchasing managers, and distributors.
· Conduct product promotions, demonstrations and presentations
· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.
· Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team. Participate in medical exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to represent the company and generate leads.
· Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, features, and benefits.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management to ensure compliance and performance tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's degree
· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in medical sales or a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage in diverse markets.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and rapport with clients and industry professionals.
· Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player, adapting to various working styles and environments.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market needs and develop effective sales strategies.
· UAE Driving license
