Mantell Associates is partnered with a Pharmaceutical Generics organisation, who is searching for a Medical Sales Representative to drive sales and promote a high-quality portfolio of USFDA-approved generic pharmaceuticals (tablets, capsules, oral liquids, and upcoming oncology products) to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key opinion leaders across the UAE and assigned territories.
Medical Sales Representative - Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with physicians, pharmacists, procurement heads, and hospital tender committees

Conduct regular visits to government and private hospitals, polyclinics, and chain pharmacies

Present and detail generic products with strong emphasis on quality, USFDA approval, bioavailability data, and cost-effectiveness

Organize and execute CMEs, round-table meetings, and scientific symposiums with KOLs

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide timely feedback to management

Manage tender business – prepare documentation, follow up on submissions, and ensure timely supply

Ensure accurate and timely reporting (daily call reports, expense reports, stock & sales statements)

Maintain strict adherence to company SOPs and local pharmaceutical regulations
Medical Sales Representative - Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field

Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE pharmaceutical market (experience with generics and USFDA-approved products is a strong advantage)

Valid UAE driving license and own car

Existing relationships with doctors and pharmacists in UAE (especially Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Northern Emirates) is highly preferred

Experience in tender business and hospital sales is a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a significant advantage)

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Professional appearance and ethical selling approach

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
