Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote our medical products within assigned territories, focusing on growth and market penetration.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through proactive account management and exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide comprehensive product training and support to healthcare providers to ensure optimal product utilization.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory progress using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales, with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills essential for building rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations confidently.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in outside sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and industry standards is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
