Job Summary
He / She will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our Laboratory & Radiology services to healthcare professionals and institutions. This role aims to establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring the continued success and expansion of our services
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, physician practices, and other healthcare facilities
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our Laboratory & Radiology services
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on industry trends and network with potential clients
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, including leads, conversions, and pipeline status
- Stay informed about competitors' services and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Participate in product training sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of our services
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide regular feedback to the management team to inform product development and marketing strategies, ultimately driving business growth and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven track record in medical or healthcare sales with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Laboratory & Radiology services, medical terminology, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
