Responsibilities:
ReadyFUND$ payroll card solutions eliminate the time and cost of paper paychecks. We help employers maximize direct deposit or direct pay participation, providing their employees with easy access to their pay immediately on payday.
ReadyFUND$ is looking for a Sales Executive who ideally has experience selling to the medical and/or banking industry, a positive attitude, and is self-motivated, results driven, and client focused. Sales Executives are responsible for generating all leads and closing new business and participating in industry trade shows and networking events.
Essential Duties and Tasks:
Selling and closing new accounts is the number 1 priority
Planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing opportunities or potential sales leads
Educate clients and staff for best possible end-customer experience
Visit owned faculties and contracted facilities to understand employer/employee/owner pain points, needs, and wants for future sales presentations.
Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
Achieve weekly and monthly calls, visits and closing goal
The Sales Executive is responsible for selling ReadyFUND$ Payroll Cards to Long Term Care and Medical Providers. In addition, the Sales Executive must maintain, enter and update information in the CRM (customer relationship management) system, manage web based presentations, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the ReadyFUND$ product.( Training will be provided)
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Out bound calling and selling
Preparing and delivering sales related web presentations written and communication materials (letters, presentations, proposals, etc.)
Closing new business and securing contracts that meet Company objectives and goals
Gathering input and feedback on product enhancements and new product opportunities for future consideration
Maintaining corporate prospect & account records database (CRM software)
* Additional tasks such as sales training and mentoring that may be assigned from time to time
Qualified applicants will be highly self-motivated and have the proven ability to maintain high activity levels and close business. Applicants must have applicable B to B prospecting and sales experience.
