About the Role

We are a CAP-accredited, CLIA-certified reference laboratory looking for motivated individuals with connections in the medical industry to bring genetic and molecular testing into private clinics.

What You'd Be Doing

• Connect with private clinics and get them onboarded with our lab
• Introduce our testing services to the clinic
• Manage the clinic relationship going forward
• We handle everything else — billing, logistics, lab work, and results delivery

Who This Is For

• Someone who already has relationships with private clinics (Internal Med, Neurology, Pain Management, Cardiology, etc.)
• Someone in medical sales who wants to earn additional income
• Someone with strong sales skills who can build new clinic relationships

Compensation

100% commission — you earn 15% of the reimbursement revenue from testing at your clinics. Some of our panels and their insurance reimbursements per test to name a few:

• Immune Panel — $5,642
• Neurology Panel — $5,476
• Thyroid Panel — $4,065
• Pulmonary Panel — $3,666
• PGx Panel — $898
• There are other tests, these are just a few.

At 15%, a single Neurology panel puts roughly $820 in your pocket. A clinic running even a handful of tests per week adds up fast. Happy to explain more about the lab and how it all works in an interview.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required
• Existing relationships with private medical clinics preferred
• Experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare services is a plus
