What You’ll Do:

• Lead patients from initial consultation to full enrollment — confidently and compassionately.
• Stay in touch throughout treatment to keep motivation high and reduce drop-off.
• Follow up with leads and unclosed cases to keep our schedule full and patients on track.
• Continuously improve through training, feedback, and personal development.
• Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and deliver a 5-star experience.

What You Bring:

• A people-first mindset and love for meaningful conversations.
• 3+ years in sales, patient coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to master scripts and close with clarity and confidence.
• Drive to hit KPIs and continuously grow.
