Position Overview

Siella Medical is seeking a motivated and professional Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in medical sales while learning the full sales process in a hands-on environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, managing customer accounts, building relationships, and learning how to identify sales opportunities within the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage and support assigned customer accounts
• Learn and follow the company sales process
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate repair/service solutions
• Track customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Assist with quotes, account updates, and customer communication
• Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Help grow new business opportunities within healthcare and medical facilities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Interest in medical sales or healthcare industry preferred
• Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office
