Medical Sales Representative

Al Mourgan Medical Supplies FZ-LLC is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and experienced Medical Representative to join our growing team.

Job Requirements:

Proven and documented experience as a Medical Representative in Dubai/UAE (mandatory).

Previous experience and strong professional relationships with Orthopedic Doctors, Clinics, and Hospitals will be highly preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Well-spoken, professional appearance, and strong negotiation abilities.

Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Arabic is an advantage.

Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Ability to work independently, achieve sales targets, and manage field visits efficiently.

Good knowledge of the UAE medical market and healthcare sector.

Strong reporting, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market the company’s medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctor and medical institutions.

Conduct regular doctor and hospital visits to generate sales opportunities.

Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer requirements.

Meet sales objectives and provide regular market feedback and reports.
