Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative who is a native Arabic speaker with at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales in Aesthetic Field. The candidate will be responsible for promoting company products to healthcare professionals, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote aesthetic dermatology products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
• Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Deliver product presentations and explain product benefits to healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare facilities to ensure product availability.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market analysis reports.
• Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit reports on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Sales Representative.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is Mandatory with Own Car.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
