Fractional Sales Representative – Advanced Wound Care & Biologics

Territory: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania (NY/NJ/PA)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fractional Sales Representative with a strong background in advanced wound care and biologics to represent our products within the NY/NJ/PA market. This is a commission-only, part-time role (10–20 hours per week) ideal for a seasoned sales professional who already is selling into the wound care space, plastic surgery space and maintains relationships with podiatrists/wound care, plastic surgeon providers.

Responsibilities

• Leverage an existing book of business with podiatrists, plastic surgeons and wound care specialists to drive product adoption
• Set up and attend appointments with podiatry practices, wound care clinics, and related providers
• Educate clinicians on advanced wound care solutions and biologic products
• Promote and sell products including:
• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
• Placental-based biologics
• Skin substitutes and related wound care technologies
• Manage the full sales cycle from introduction through close
• Maintain relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business
• Accurately track appointments, sales activity, and commissions

Requirements

• 5+ years of medical sales experience, specifically in advanced wound care
• Established book of business with podiatrists
• Strong understanding of the podiatry marketplace
• Proven experience selling:
• Biologics
• PRP products
• Placental tissue products
• Skin substitutes
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with the NY/NJ/PA healthcare markets

Compensation Structure

• Commission-only position, Expenses are always paid
• Commission paid for:
• Closed sales
• No base salary
• High earning potential based on performance

Time Commitment

• 10–20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
