Medical Sales Representative

The Role

We are seeking a driven, highly personable Pharmacy Marketing Liaison to serve as the face of our pharmacy in the local medical community. This is a part-time, field-based role — ideal for an experienced sales professional who wants meaningful, flexible work without a 40-hour commitment. You will report directly to the pharmacy owner and build relationships with local physicians, veterinarians, and medical clinics across Orange County.

What success looks like: Opening 3–5 new prescribing accounts per quarter and maintaining warm relationships with our existing partner clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Outreach (70%): Conduct visits to targeted medical practices, veterinary clinics, and wellness centers on a schedule you design.
  • Relationship Building: Schedule and lead brief educational meetings with doctors, clinic managers, and medical staff.
  • Account Management: Follow up with existing prescribing partners to ensure satisfaction and introduce new compounded formulations.
  • Local Digital Presence: Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile and encourage patient reviews.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a customer-facing relationship role.
  • A self-starter comfortable walking into clinics cold, navigating past gatekeepers, and handling rejection gracefully.
  • Professional presence and the ability to learn and confidently discuss basic pharmacological concepts.
  • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
