Medical Sales Representative *Commission based only*

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to develop partnerships with adult day care centers and healthcare facilities. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity ideal for a self-driven sales professional with healthcare or B2B experience.

You will be responsible for introducing and onboarding facilities into our healthcare service programs, including telehealth and remote patient support solutions.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and contact adult day care centers, assisted living facilities, and healthcare providers

Present and explain available healthcare service programs

Build and maintain long-term facility partnerships

Guide facilities through onboarding and implementation

Manage your own pipeline and sales territory

Compensation:

100% Commission-Based (no base salary)

Residual income opportunities depending on contracted services

Performance-based earning potential

Qualifications:

Prior experience in medical sales, healthcare sales, or B2B sales strongly preferred

Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building

Understanding of healthcare environments (adult day care, senior care, etc.) is a plus

Self-motivated and results-driven
