Medical Sales Representative (Part Time)

At Valley Spine Chiropractic, we do not believe in cookie cutter care.

We work one on one with active adults who are frustrated with pain holding them back from the gym, work, or everyday life. Our focus is finding the root cause so they can get back to doing what they love without limitations.

We are growing and looking for someone who wants to be on the front lines of that growth.

The Role

This is not a desk job.

You will be out in the community at gyms, events, coffee shops, and local businesses starting conversations, building relationships, and helping people realize there is a better way to deal with pain than just pushing through it.

What You Will Do

Represent Valley Spine Chiropractic in the local community

Start conversations with active individuals dealing with pain or limitations

Use simple tools such as movement screens (via Ipad) to create awareness and interest

Book qualified individuals into Discovery Visits

Build relationships with local gyms and businesses

Help expand our presence throughout Harrisonburg and surrounding areas

Who We Are Looking For

You are comfortable approaching and talking to new people

You bring energy, confidence, and a competitive edge

You have an interest in fitness, health, or performance

You are coachable and willing to follow a proven system

You can take ownership of your schedule and your results

Bonus if you have a background as an athlete or are involved in the local fitness community

Schedule

Part time role ranging from 10 to 18 hours per week

Flexible schedule with a mix of mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends

Compensation

Hourly base pay

Performance based bonuses

Opportunity to earn between $1500 and $3000 or more per month depending on performance
