Medical Sales Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals to join a growing team. The 1099 independent contractor structure offers uncapped commission and flexible, open territories. The Medical Sales Representative will promote our ancillary services and products to urgent care facilities, nursing homes, primary care providers, physical therapists, and specialty physicians. We are expecting to launch a number of new products in 2026 to our Medical Sales Rep team as well and beyond to further distinguish ourselves as a market leader.Medical Sales Rep Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Call on healthcare providers to promote our products and services, explain features, benefits, clinical evidence, uses, and patient value-add programs to increase market share.
  • Relationship Management: Educate and cultivate strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and medical staff.
  • Strategic Selling: Utilize a partnership-selling style and leverage company tools, including promotional literature, excel-based reports, and market share data.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to explain technical products and provide insights into billing, medical plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare), and clinical data.
  • Professional Development: Continuously improve selling skills, product knowledge, and industry data.

Medical Sales Rep Basic Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to be employed in the United States
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • At least some success with abilities in business-to-business sales;
  • Strong organization skills and excellent oral presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to effectively manage a physician-based customer base
  • Skills to communicate clinically based evidence to healthcare professionals
  • Willingness to maintain medical knowledge and data that is constantly changing

Pay: $1,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
